Bukola Olutayo, ACCA.
CO-FOUNDER
Professional Experience
Bukola is the Managing Director of Stellas Technology Service Limited. Prior to joining Stellas MFB and Stellas Technology services Limited as the Managing Director, he worked with several leading organizations including Meristem Group.
His vast experience and technical know-how have been of immeasurable value to the organizations he has worked with and cutting-edge projects he has worked on over the years.
He authored a fast-selling book titled “Redefining Your Marketplace” with special focus on digital innovation.
He is an astute business and financial service professional and holds a bachelor’s in accounting and finance from the University of Derby England, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Heriot-Watt University England.
Qualifications & Membership
He is a qualified accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and a member of professional bodies including the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers (IAPM).
Ola Belgore

Professional Experience
With close to 20 years’ experience gained in the Financial Industry, Ola’s diverse and rich professional career started in 2003 and has seen him handling different challenging roles in Stockbroking, Asset Management, Portfolio Advisory and Business Development.
Qualifications & Membership
A graduate of Microbiology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, Ola received his MBA in International Business from the prestigious Lincoln University, California USA. He began his career at TRW Stockbrokers Limited from where he joined Meristem Securities Limited in 2006. In 2008, he rose rapidly to become the pioneer Head of the Wealth Management Department of Meristem Wealth Management Limited, a subsidiary which he helped set up alongside two other colleagues.

Recognized as a valuable asset to the organization for his strategic skills at driving projects, he was redeployed to Group Business Development with the herculean responsibility of coordinating, integrating and driving Business Development of the five companies in Meristem.
Ola’s background has immensely aided him in carving an unbeatable niche for himself as a positive influencer both in the professional and personal fronts. He brings deep insight, objectivity and honesty into issues and projects, and as with everything he sets his mind on, he performs excellently at them all.
He is the Chairman, Board of Directors of Moneywise Microfinance Bank Limited. and the immediate past Managing Director of Managing Director of Afrinvest Asset Management Limited. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Utica Capital Limited.
Ola is a Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM); Member of the American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM); Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM); Fellow, Institute of Credit Administration; Associate member, Commodity brokers association of Nigeria – CBAN; Honorary Senior Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers – CIBN and a Fellow of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers (IAPM), An Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (CiArb) and a Council Member of the Association of Corporate and Individual Investment Advisers (CIIA).
A highly enthusiastic and passionate person, he has been instrumental to the growth and sustenance of many helpful policies in the various organizations he has had the privilege of serving and continues to set the bar high.
Temitayo James Ogunmodimu

Professional Experience
Temitayo is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA and ACA) with long years of cross functional experience in financial statements preparation and reporting, internal & external audit, risk management and business/financial analysis, fraud deterrence, corporate governance, strategy & policy formulation & execution.
He has worked with CEMEX Ireland (formerly known as Readymix Plc) first as an Assistant Internal Auditor and later as an Analyst between 2005 and 2010. I also had a practice experience in Ireland with Kieran O’Keefee Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors for about two years before picking up a job with Rodl & Partner (a top German Professional audit service firm with presence in more than 100 countries) as Audit and Assurance Manager from November 2013 to March 2016 (South Africa & Nigeria).
He also worked with Wilkins Kennedy LP (London), a top 20 UK audit firm first as an Audit Senior with supervisory responsibilities for a large number of clients and ensuring the delivery of high quality professional services and effective client management and later as Head of Internal Audit from August 2016 – March 2019.
He currently works with IQEQ Administration (UK) Limited as Client Fund Accountant ensuring day to day responsibility for the management of designated client relationships in terms of the following:
- Be the first point of contact for designed clients
- Review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports in line with agreed client SLAs
- Responsible for the delivery of the monthly management accounts including consolidation in line with agreed SLAs
- Ensure financial statements meet the entities’ reporting requirements e.g. Consolidation, UK GAAP or IFRS.
Toyin Ayeni, MBA,FCA
Board of Directors -Retex Digital
Professional Experience
Toyin has over 17 years cognate experience, nearly a decade in Auditing and Consulting from Ernst & Young where he rose to the position of a Manager in 2009. He has extensive knowledge and experience on Assurance & Advisory Business Services, which is his primary area of responsibility. He has extensive experience of audit of large multi-nationals.
His audit experience is vast, and he has undergone extensive training in Nigeria and abroad. He is a champion in IFRS engagements and has helped many companies on IFRS issues and challenges. He assisted a few big companies in their IFRS conversion process. Toyin has led a variety of engagements on several projects on statutory audits, special investigations, valuation, due diligence reviews and restructuring. He specializes in Auditing, Internal Control Designs, Risk Management, and Business Restructuring.
He left Ernst & Young and joined Riverdale Professional Services as a Partner in May 2012. Toyin is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He was a member of the Professional Practice Monitoring Committee (PPMC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria for the 2014/2015 Presidential Year.
Passionate about delivering the best possible customer outcomes at Riverdale Professional Services. He works across the public sector on delivering projects, service delivery transformation programmes and large scale capital work programmes. My experience spans both public sector and commercial advisory engagements.
