Umoru Monday is the Head of Legal Services of Stellas Microfinance Bank Limited. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Benin, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2016. He is currently running his LLM program in Nasarawa State University Keffi, he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrator (United Kingdom) and an Accredited member with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
He commenced his Legal Career at the law firm of J.E Agbo & Associates, as an enthusiastic and committed legal professional he possesses a genuine interest and understanding of Commercial and Business law. He is constantly focused on using his analytical abilities to resolve legal and complex issues, and always looking for ways to improve and evolve processes in his field. He has experience in Corporate – Commercial Law, Contract, Labour law, Business Ethics, due diligence transactions and Company law.

He has attended several professional training programmes and conferences in arbitration, mediation and reconciliation as well as corporate governance and administration, he has also obtained Certifications from various schools in the United State among which are Duke University School of Law and University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign United State.

Tolu is an accounting and finance professional (Chartered Certified Accountant) with
over 10 years of experience in financial reporting and review functions. Tolu is skilled in financial audit and reporting, strategic financial management, strategic planning and performance management, internal controls and compliance reviews, risk management, information systems audit, data analytics and business intelligence.
Tolu holds BSc in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and MSc in Finance from University of Lagos. He has been privileged in working with high profile organizations such as the world bank, Nigeria- Sao Tome Principle Joint- Development Authority, United Nations Development Program, Troyka Group, TGI Group etc.
He had is accountancy and audit training in accounting firms including Mazars Nigeria.
